My love for tattooing and art took hold many years ago. Doing my first tattoos at 15 years old in my parents cold/dimly-lit garage. While drawing out band logos, painting skateboard designs or just doodling on math books I never seriously considered being a tattoo artist. although nothing gave me a feeling of satisfaction like doing a tattoo for someone.
From those humble beginnings I went on to pursue other careers, (none as satisfying as creating art and tattooing). Eventually I burned out on the normal 9-5 job,pulled together my art portfolio and I sought out a formal tattoo apprenticeship.
After two years of learning very basic tattooing and art skills I went out and started traveling. I have done as many guest spots as possible in my 4 years tattooing professionally and I look forward to learning from new people in new places. I am currently tattooing at Zebra Tattoos and body piercing in Walnut Creek.
An awesome shop to work in with very talented Tattoo artists and body piercers. I look forward to tattooing in this area for a long time to come.
