THE PROCESS

IN SHOP

  • When you come in we have a line that forms outside the shop.

  • Once capacity is available inside you will come in to choose jewelry and learn about how to care for your child's piercing.

  • You will get a number & when it is your turn we will either call you or buzz you back.

WHAT YOU CAN PURCHASE IN SHOP

  • We have jewelry options available in 14K solid gold, Titanium & Surgical Steel.

  • Numbing Cream is available for ages 3 and up for $20 and will take 30 minutes to set in.

  • We have all the Cleaning Solution you will need available for purchase.

WAIT TIME

  • We DO NOT take appointments, majority of our piercings are done on a walk-in basis.(Except when booking a curation).

  • We try our best to give you an estimated wait time. If you need to leave during your wait, please let a staff member know & we can send you a text/call you when your ticket is next.

  • Wait times can go up to 2 hours during our busy season, but on average are 30 minutes or less. You can call ahead to get an estimate on the wait time.

DURING THE PIERCING

  • Lobe piercings will feel similar to getting a vaccine at the doctors.

  • Numbing cream can help alleviate the pain, however it will not fully take it away.

  • You may provide your child with a child-safe pain reliever 30 minutes to an hour before and as needed after the piercing.

  • INFANTS: it is best to feed after the piercing to help sooth them. We do not recommend feeding right before because it can cause them to spit up during the piercing.

  • Healing time for lobes is 2-3 months. Read more about AFTERCARE
