WHAT TO EXPECT
We are proud to provide a safe & sanitary environment for your child. Our Walnut Creek facility is inspected by the Contra Costa County Health Department & our Berkeley facility is inspected by the Berkeley Environmental Health Division. Our practitioners are licensed by the health department and are OSHA trained & certified.
We welcome parents to come in and inspect our facilities before making a decision.

INFANTS:
We generally recommend waiting until babies are at least 3 months old before piercing their earlobes. At this age, the earlobe is typically developed enough to allow for safer, more accurate placement with adequate tissue.
Because every baby’s ear anatomy is different, exceptions may be made with manager/piercer approval after an in-person inspection to confirm the earlobes are developed enough for safe piercing.
WHAT TO BRING

Parent/ Legal Guardian must provide a State issued ID for themselves and their child (Birth Certificate, Passport, Drivers License, School ID, Insurance Card, etc.)

As the East Bay's premier high-volume studio, we feature a large, expert staff of professionally trained piercers to ensure a seamless, efficient walk-in experience with minimized wait times.

We have jewelry options available in 14K solid gold, Titanium & Surgical Steel.

Numbing Cream is available for ages 3 and up for $20 and will take 30 minutes to set in.

WAIT TIME

We accept walk-ins all day! While we do not take traditional appointments, our high-volume studio is designed for maximum efficiency. (Except when booking a custom ear curation).

With the East Bay's largest staff of expert, professionally trained piercers, we keep client flow moving smoothly to minimize wait times.

If there is a brief wait during peak hours, you don't have to stand in line. Simply check in, and our team will text or call your phone the moment your spot is ready.

While wait times can vary during our busiest seasons, our average wait is 30 minutes or less. You are always welcome to call ahead for a live shop estimate.
DURING THE PIERCING

Lobe piercings will feel similar to getting a vaccine at the doctors.

Numbing cream can help alleviate the pain, however it will not fully take it away.

You may provide your child with a child-safe pain reliever 30 minutes to an hour before and as needed after the piercing.

INFANTS: it is best to feed after the piercing to help sooth them. We do not recommend feeding right before because it can cause them to spit up during the piercing.
